As part of a collaborative effort with Kalitta Motorsports, we are running a contest to give away four autographed titanium funny car parts that we have received from Kalitta Motorsports’ J.R. Todd and Shawn Langdon. These titanium parts are made from top-of-the-line TMS Titanium material.

About the Kalitta Motorsports Racers
J.R. Todd began racing at the age of 10 in the NHRA Jr. Drag Racing League. He also competed in Super Comp and attended Frank Hawley’s Top Alcohol Dragster School before earning Top Fuel license at the age of 18 in 2000. Todd earned his first career NHRA Top Fuel win in 2006, becoming the first ever African-American to win in NHRA’s Top Fuel division. He was the NHRA AAA’s Road to the Future Award Winner (Rookie of the Year) in 2006. He has 13 Top Fuel and Funny Car wins combined to date.
Shawn Langdon won the Super Comp national championship in the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series in 2007 and 2008. He also won the Super Comp title at JEGS All-Stars in 2005 and 2006. Langdon captured the Division 7 Jr. Dragster title in 1999 and also won the National Jr. Dragster title in the 14-year-old category in 1997. He was a standout baseball player in high school and chose his racing career over numerous college baseball scholarship offers.
